Procedure of Lodging Claims
The process of lodging claims with the Office of the Mediator is very simple and redtape-free. Our staff is very considerate and always ready to help. We carefully listen to the customer’s claim. If necessary, we help the customer in formulating the claim to the financial organization. We explain customers their rights and responsibilities and conduct regular follow-up of how well the financial organization is meeting the customer’s claim.
