Below you can find the main types of disputes considered by the Mediator regarding the services provided by insurance companies. For example, when an insurance company

  • little appreciated the damage caused to the car (other property).
  • refused to pay damages based on the fault of the driver.
  • partially reimbursed the damage based on the fault of the driver.
  • dragged out the insurance claim settlement process.
  • she filed a regression on the basis of the fact that the insured event was not reported within the prescribed period.
  • she filed a regression on the grounds that the car was not used for the intended purpose specified in the contract.
  • she refused to reimburse the expenses incurred to restore her health.
  • refused to reimburse funeral expenses.
  • suspended the contract on the grounds that deliberately false information was provided during its conclusion.
