You can contact the Financial System Mediator with requests for transfers.

This page presents the main types of transfer requests made to the Conciliator and the necessary steps to apply to the Conciliator.

Below you can find the main types of disputes regarding transfers considered by the Mediator. For example, when a financial institution (bank, credit institution or pawnshop)

  • violated the procedure for transferring funds by payment order established by law or internal rules of a financial institution.
  • did not ensure the proper execution of transfers through automatic machines that carry out financial transactions (for example, the entered funds were incorrectly reflected, the amount was transferred to another account due to a technical problem, etc.).
  • did not comply with the procedure for appealing financial transactions established by the agreement, as a result of which the client suffered financial losses.

This list is not exhaustive and you can contact the Conciliator for other questions related to transfers.
